Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through gduiids, operated by Hong Kong Huahen Trading Limited.

We aim to provide clear and fair procedures for returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, exchanges, and cancellations.

Return Period

Eligible products may generally be returned within 14 days after delivery.

Standard outbound shipping is free on all orders without conditions.

There is no minimum order amount.

Hong Kong Huahen Trading Limited covers the standard outbound shipping cost for every order.
